退款政策

以下為 松式行銷(即「松式行銷國際有限公司」之簡稱)一般開立之報價單所附之退費說明。本報價單經客戶確認回信後,視同雙方簽署,具契約效力,並依據本條款作為雙方履約之依據。如雙方另行簽訂正式且雙方蓋印之紙本合約,則以該紙本合約條款為最終依據。

各項服務類型退款說明

一、社群操作(如Facebook/Instagram帳號管理、貼文規劃)

  • 若尚未正式啟動操作,但已進行內容企劃、月曆安排或策略規劃者,將酌收企劃與規劃費用,剩餘金額可退還。
  • 若已開始進行發文、素材安排或帳號設定,視完成比例收費,恕不全額退款。
  • 當月已執行社群經營者,該月份恕不退款。

二、媒體投放(如Google Ads / Meta Ads代操)

  • 僅限於投放尚未開始前提出取消申請者可部分退款,但若已進行策略規劃、關鍵字研究、帳戶設置等前期作業,相關作業費將不予退還。
  • 一旦廣告已上線或開始跑數,僅退還未使用的媒體預算(如平台餘額),代操與設置費不予退還。
  • 若以成效為主張要求退費者,恕不受理。

三、內容行銷(部落格文章、品牌故事撰寫、SEO文案)

  • 若尚未開始撰寫但已開始內容策略討論、關鍵字或架構提案,將酌收企劃諮詢與初步作業費用。
  • 一旦進入內容撰寫階段(即使為草稿初稿),視同專案啟動,僅針對未完成部分考慮退費。
  • 完整交稿後不予退款。

四、平面設計(社群圖像、Banner設計、活動KV)

  • 若尚未繪製設計稿,但已完成設計溝通、版型提案或Moodboard設定者,將收取前期創意規劃費用
  • 初稿一旦提交,視為服務已開始,視完成進度收費。
  • 因風格或審美主觀因素要求取消合作者,恕不退款,惟保留修正一次之權利。

五、影片設計與剪輯(短影片、品牌影片)

  • 若尚未進行剪輯製作,但已完成腳本撰寫、分鏡規劃或影像企劃者,將酌收企劃與前期創作費用。
  • 影片進入剪輯或特效階段後,將依完成進度酌收對應費用。
  • 已完成交件者,不接受退款申請,除非明顯違反合約內容。

六、創意文案/品牌文章(slogan、簡報文案、廣告語)

  • 即便尚未交付文案,若已啟動品牌定位分析、競品研究、文案方向研擬等企劃作業,將收取對應費用。
  • 提交初版文案後,即視為部分交付,恕不全額退款。
  • 客戶基於主觀偏好(非錯誤交付)要求終止者,不予退費。

七、線上服務設定(如 GA4、GTM、Google Search Console、Google Merchant 等)

  • 若尚未開始設定作業,得申請退款;但若已進行帳號建立、追蹤架構規劃、代管權限取得等前置作業,將酌收設定與企劃費用。
  • 一旦帳戶已連結或追蹤碼已植入客戶帳戶(含初步測試),即視為服務啟動,恕不提供全額退款。
  • 已完成設定並交付使用(即使尚未正式啟用追蹤)者,不得申請退費。

退款申請與處理程序

  1. 請於申請退款時提供付款證明與退款理由,並寄至account’s email
  2. 一旦帳戶已連結或追蹤碼已植入客戶帳戶(含初步測試),即視為服務啟動,恕不提供全額退款。
  3. 已完成設定並交付使用(即使尚未正式啟用追蹤)者,不得申請退費。

政策修訂權利說明

因媒體市場變化萬千,為確保服務彈性與因應最新產業趨勢,松式行銷保留隨時修訂本退款政策之權利,並將於更新時公布於本公司網站或報價單附件中。
重大變動將視情況另行通知現有合作客戶。

Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to quotations issued by Pine Marketing (legal entity name: Pine Marketing International Ltd.).
Upon client confirmation via email reply, the quotation shall be deemed mutually agreed and contractually binding. Both parties shall adhere to the terms listed herein as the basis of execution.
If a separate formal, signed, and stamped contract is executed between both parties, the terms of that formal contract shall take precedence.

Refund Policy by Service Type

1. Social Media Management (e.g., Facebook/Instagram account management, post planning)

  • If the project has not yet officially commenced, but content planning, calendar scheduling, or strategic preparation has been initiated, relevant planning and consultation fees will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If posting, content production, or account setup has already begun, partial refunds may be offered based on the progress completed.
  • No refunds will be granted for months in which social media services have already been executed.

2. Paid Media Management (e.g., Google Ads / Meta Ads)

  • Partial refunds may be granted if cancellation is requested before campaign launch. However, if strategic planning, keyword research, or account setup has been performed, those fees will not be refunded.
  • Once ads are launched or data begins collecting, only unused media budget (e.g., platform balance) may be refunded. Management and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds based on performance dissatisfaction will not be accepted.

3. Content Marketing (e.g., blog articles, brand storytelling, SEO copywriting)

  • If strategic discussions, keyword planning, or content outlines have already been initiated—even if writing has not yet begun—planning and consultation fees will still apply.
  • Once writing has begun (even as a draft), the project is considered active. Only unfinished portions may be considered for refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after final delivery of content.

4. Graphic Design (e.g., social visuals, banners, key visual design)

  • If design work has not yet started but moodboards, layout directions, or visual planning have been completed, a creative development fee will apply.
  • Once the initial draft is delivered, the service is deemed to have commenced. Refunds will be calculated based on the work completed.
  • Refunds due to subjective preferences (e.g., stylistic dissatisfaction) will not be granted. However, one revision is included.

5. Video Editing & Production (e.g., short videos, brand videos)

  • If production has not yet started but scripts, storyboards, or video plans have been developed, corresponding creative and planning fees will apply.
  • Once editing or special effects production begins, fees will be charged proportionally to the work completed.
  • No refunds will be provided after final video delivery unless there is a clear breach of contract.

6. Creative Copywriting / Brand Messaging (e.g., slogans, pitch decks, ad headlines)

  • Even if the copy has not yet been delivered, if brand positioning analysis, competitor research, or creative direction planning has begun, relevant planning fees will be charged.
  • Once the initial draft is submitted, the service is considered partially delivered and will not be fully refundable.
  • Refunds will not be granted if termination is requested due to subjective preferences or personal taste.

7. Online Service Setup (e.g., GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center)

  • If setup has not begun, a refund may be requested. However, if account creation, tracking architecture, or administrative access work has already been completed, planning and setup fees will be charged.
  • Once accounts are connected or tracking codes have been embedded into client properties (even for initial testing), the service is deemed active and will not be fully refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued after setup has been completed and delivered, even if tracking is not yet officially activated.

Refund Request & Processing Procedure

  1. Clients must provide payment proof and reason for refund when submitting a request, sent to the designated account email.
  2. Our team will review the request within 5–10 business days upon receiving complete information.
  3. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment account within 14 business days.

Policy Amendment Clause

Due to the ever-evolving nature of the media and digital marketing landscape, Pine Marketing reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time to maintain service flexibility and align with industry changes.
Any updates will be published on the company website or as an attachment to official quotations.
In the case of significant changes, existing clients will be notified as appropriate.
